Our Purpose Is Solely Killing' - How Sudan's Ruthless Paramilitary Group Conducted a Mass Killing

Fighters smirk as they ride on the rear of a transport truck, speeding by a row of several corpses and heading towards the descending Sudan's sunset.
"See this extensive accomplishment. See this mass destruction," a fighter shouts.
The individual grins as he directs the recording device on his own face and his associate combatants, their RSF identification on display: "They shall all be killed this way."
The combatants are celebrating a atrocity that humanitarian officials fear resulted in the deaths of over 2,000 individuals in the Sudanese urban center of the Darfur city during October.
An Urban Center Isolated from the Globe
Following their control of the city under blockade for almost two years, from late summer the RSF moved to reinforce its control and prevent access for the remaining residents.
Satellite images show that forces started to construct a massive earth barrier - a raised earthen wall - around the edges of the city, closing roads and preventing relief supplies.
While the blockade escalated, multiple civilians were murdered in an RSF assault on a place of worship on mid-September, while the UN stated 53 additional were murdered in unmanned aircraft and heavy weapon attacks on a refugee settlement in the autumn.
Graphic Footage Reveals Weaponless People Shot
In the early morning on October 26th the militia conquered the final army strongholds and took control of the main compound in the community, the main facility of the Army Division, as the army pulled back.
One of the most disturbing footage to emerge and examined showed the results of a mass killing at a campus structure on the west of the city, where scores corpses were seen scattered throughout the ground.
An older man dressed in a white tunic was seated isolated surrounded by the corpses. The man turned to glance as a combatant armed with a rifle walked descending the stairs in the direction of the victim. pointing his weapon, the fighter fired a solitary round at the individual, who collapsed to the surface motionless.
"For what reason is this one still alive," one fighter exclaimed. "Execute this person."
Space-based imagery taken on late October appeared to substantiate that executions were also performed on the streets of el-Fasher, according to a study released by the Yale Humanitarian Research Lab.
One eyewitness who spoke reported they had seen "multiple of our relatives being killed - they were gathered in a specific area and everyone eliminated."
RSF Officers Seek to Carry Out Damage Control
Following the events that came after the atrocity, RSF commander conceded that his forces had perpetrated "atrocities" and said the incidents would be investigated.
Included among detained was after a analysis detailing his executions. Meticulously choreographed and edited video shared on the paramilitary's authorized social media channel reveal him being led into a detention area at a jail on the edges of el-Fasher.
Simultaneously, the militia and connected online profiles commenced attempting to reframe the story.
Updates showing its fighters distributing assistance to inhabitants were circulated by several individuals, while the militia's communications team published several videos claiming to demonstrate the proper management of government detainees.
Despite the online initiative being deployed by the militia, their activities in the city have sparked international anger.
