Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More images released as part of the continuing congressional release.
