Attorney General's Statement
The nation's top law enforcement official, Pam Bondi, accepted the prosecutor's departure on Monday. Bondi stated that the court's "flawed" ruling made it impossible for the official to effectively run her office.
"Do not interpret adherence to the ruling as defeat," she declared. "My fight will now extend throughout the nation."

The 41-year-old attorney, originally became part of Donald Trump's lawyers in recent years. She later represented Trump in his business records case in the previous year, which resulted in his guilty verdict on dozens of charges of financial record manipulation.
