The narrative presents a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who charges the duo with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her friend from a clandestine sect.
The adventure concentrates on "bizarre trials and a fearsome adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
